THE ISSUE
Case study from a recent short distance removal within Essex to this beautiful cottage. The client made an initial enquiry about moving from their property but required a complete packing & wrapping service. During the telephone conversation, we made an appointment for a pre-move survey to ascertain the removal requirements and provide a quote.
THE JOHNS REMOVALS SOLUTION
Due to the size of the move involved, the removal was to be completed over two days. The first day involved packing all the client’s effects into bespoke removal cartons, leveraging our storage facility to store big items the day before, including wardrobes and kitchen appliances. On the second day, the crew completed the loading and un-packed the customers possessions into each room, ready for a stress-free first night. After a final check round with the client, the team set off with another happy customer in their new home!
